Job Description: What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Collections, or Order-to-Cash operations. Lead, coach, and develop a team of collections and cash application specialists, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture. Oversee daily collections activities to minimize overdue receivables and improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Monitor customer accounts, analyze aging reports, and implement collection strategies to reduce delinquency and bad debt exposure. Ensure accurate and timely cash application, payment reconciliation, and resolution of unapplied cash. Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, Finance, and external customers to resolve disputes impacting payment collection. Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities related to Accounts Receivable. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standards. Identify process improvement and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability. Prepare and present operational performance reports, collection forecasts, and risk assessments to management. What can you expect from Mars?
