What You'll Do as an External Communications Manager (12-month FTC) In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day: Lead and develop integrated communications for key strategic and corporate initiatives, ensuring a strong global and local perspective. Plan and deliver communications for major business announcements, campaigns, store openings, and key milestones, aligning multiple stakeholders for seamless execution. Act as the main point of contact for markets without in-market communications support, advising senior leaders and bridging with the central Corporate Affairs team. Create and manage high-quality media and communication materials (e.g., press releases, statements, website/LinkedIn content, Q&A) aligned with business messaging, and support spokesperson training. Build and maintain strong media and external partner relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance brand visibility and deliver impactful partnerships. Manage agency partners and proactively monitor, report, and mitigate reputational risks across media, stakeholders, and digital channels. What You'll Get The work you do shapes the impact we have.
