Job Summary Synechron is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to lead the development and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions. This role involves managing development projects, guiding technical teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable Salesforce applications. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce automation tools to meet business objectives, improve processes, and support digital transformation initiatives.
