  • To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capabilities (experience with Power BI is an advantage)
  • Experience with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and job evaluation frameworks (e.g., IPE)
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • You thrive in a global, fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across functions and cultures.
