- Night Shifts Include:
- B Shift - Sunday through Tuesday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays
- D Shift - Wednesday through Friday (6:45pm - 7:15am) with alternating Saturdays

Position Summary Job Description Summary This position is for an Implant Engineer that will support equipment and process capabilities of ion implantation OR rapid thermal processing (RTP) equipment. In this job, you will be a part of a team that focuses on maintaining basic condition and stable processing of state-of-the-art equipment while driving improvements related to quality, efficiency, defect reduction, and cost of ownership. We prioritize safety, learning, and having fun while maintaining world-class operations 24/7. Role and Responsibilities Here's what you'll be responsible for: Maintain & improve state‑of‑the‑art equipment (300 mm implant/RTP tools). Apply 6S & Lean principles; identify and mitigate safety risks. Analyze data to identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues Provide on‑call support to technicians, create & run recovery plans. Document daily tool activity; update SOPs & share lessons learned. Lead process qualification for new devices & tool installs. Develop projects for cost/particle/downtime reduction & part‑life extension. Manage vendor support & coordinate cross‑department risk‑mitigation.
