Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum 10 years of senior-level experience in retail leasing preferably within luxury, lifestyle, or destination-driven projects Proven track record in leasing premium retail, luxury F&B, experiential concepts Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning, tenant curation, and destination placemaking strategies Advanced knowledge of lease structures and revenue-sharing models Experience working with international brands Strong financial, analytical, and strategic thinking capabilities Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills Fluency in English, both written and spoken
