Responsibilities

  • Carry out general administrative duties within thesales team in preparation of:

  • Liaise with Corporate and Regional offices oncontracts, pricing processes and procedure
  • Handle inquiries and provide information whereappropriate internally and externally
  • Work with other departments including Customer Operations, Legal andFinance to ensure fast and accurate processing of customer relateddocumentation.
  • Experience and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Relationship management
  • High typing speed, minimum 65wpm
  • Advanced Computer skills, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential
  • Experience with a CRM, such as Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work autonomously, use initiative toresolve issues, prioritise and exercise discretion
  • A self-motivated, proactive and flexible approachto work with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meetdeadlines
  • A level of strategic thinking, initiative, researchand reporting skills
  • Able to make decisions quickly
  • Attention to detail and the ability to communicateand problem solve
  • Proven track record interacting with seniormanagement and the ability to relate, communicate and build relationships withpeople at any level and from any country

Job Summary The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative support to the sales team in Singapore. Directly reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this position needs totake initiative in managing schedules, creating sales documents and proposals,generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, as well ashandling customer and prioritising customer requests.
