As our Spa / Body Therapist, you play a crucial role in performing facial and body treatments for our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Your contributions to our joint success Responsible to perform facial and body treatments' services according to the required standards set by the company Conduct customers' skin analysis and recommend the correct treatments Provide the appropriate body consultation and recommend correct body treatments Responsible in achieving the product sales targets Comply with service procedures set by the company Ensure total customers' satisfaction after each treatment during the treatment therapy Promote and make appropriate recommendations on skin care products to customers Responsible for the maintenance of cleanliness and neatness of the spa facilities, treatment rooms and other parts of the spa Responsible preparing the necessary treatment products, replenishment of stocks, towels supplies etc. What does it take to be a Spa and/or Body Therapist Results and service oriented Self-motivated and a team player Experience in retail operations or Sales & Marketing related Willing to work retail hours (5 working days per week) Relevant beauty certificates OR three (3) years' experiences in beauty industry Perks you can look forward to Free usage of gym facilities, swimming pool and fitness classes Incentives for beauty services and beauty care products Birthday vouchers Medical & Dental benefits provided Career advancement opportunities Training will be provided We offer a competitive salary and benefits package based on merit and professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
