Onsite Technician - Smart Home Appliances

Responsibilities

• Install Smart Appliances: Go to customers' homes to set up cool smart devices like robot vacuum cleaners, cordless vacuums, dishwashers, water purifiers, and smart lighting.
• Train Customers: Teach customers how to use their new gadgets effectively. Make sure they feel comfortable and excited about their smart home upgrades!
• Provide Tech Support: Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving any problems related to their smart devices, including smartphone app connectivity.
• Plumbing Knowledge: Use basic plumbing skills when installing appliances that need water connections, ensuring everything complies with Singapore's housing standards.
• Water Purifier/Dispenser Experience: If you have experience with water purifiers or dispensers, that's a big plus! It will help you provide even better service.
• Team Player: Work closely with your teammates to ensure every customer has a fantastic experience. Share tips and ideas to improve service quality.
• What's the skill required?
• Knowledge & Experience in electrical repair work, install or replace pipe fittings
• Good command (both spoken and written) in English and 中文 in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and suppliers
• Valid Singapore 2B motorbike or 3A car license
• Able to work 5.5-Day a week, Mondays to Friday, 9am to 6pm, Saturday, 9am-1pm
