Mold Tool Design Engineer (Able to work Aug 2026)

Requirements

• Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
• Professional experience in plastic mold industry, mold tools design and release.
• CAD software preferably NX, Professional evaluation of 3D scan preferably GOM, Basic moldflow simulation.
• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills to reach out to customer/partners and internal.

Technical project lead and design new tool, follow-up tools, relocation tools, release and correction process as well as new variants. Create specification sheets, evaluate measurement report, create correction strategies and follow tool release process. Tooling improvement e.g. design improvement for series production or maintainability. Tooling problem solving and 8D report support. Technical supplier discussion e.g. spare part, new tool order, tool correction. Education Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tooling, Mechanical, Plastic Engineering, or other related fields.
