Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Act as the primary lead for Europe benefit plan administration, including health, life, and pension schemes across multiple countries.
  • Vendor Coordination : Manage relationships with regional brokers and providers to ensure smooth service delivery and resolve escalated claims or data issues.

  • Leave of Absence Management: Oversee the administration and compliance of all European leave programs, including parental, sick, and long-term absence, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with internal and external partners.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 4 years and a Master's degree
  • Experience of working in global benefits with a strong focus on several key European markets (e.g., UK, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, and France). APAC experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of European statutory vs. supplemental benefit structures.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple renewal timelines simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
  • Proficient at developing relationships with employees and all levels of management; demonstrated ability to be a trusted resource to all
  • The ability to work successfully in a rapidly changing environment is necessary; must be able to multitask and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates; capable of effective planning and priority setting
  • Possess the technical skills and knowledge required to perform essential tasks in an efficient and effective manner

  • Up to 10% travel for internal meetings and trainings
  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
