Job Description: - Permit Declaration - Perform inbound and outbound logistics operations - Responsible for daily task processing - Attend to customer queries regarding inbound and outbound matter - Provide customer service, coordination and admin / operation department - Order fulfilment and customer support in warehousing &transportation - Perform cycle count - Act as a support liaison for the Sales team during the client on boarding phase, assisting with data gathering and documentation. -Participate in client meetings to take detailed notes and help document supply chain requirements and challenges. -Support the Sales and senior operations team in reviewing client proposals for operational clarity and data completeness. -Assigning of deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling -Manage and coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels to customers. -Account handling of selected key customers -Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize operational efficiency -Implement and oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximize productivity and reduce costs -Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience -Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain high standards of service -Monitoring the fulfilment team in ensuring they meet their KPI objectives for your accounts -Assist manager in executing daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department -Assist the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations
