Vous serez également responsable de planifier, de diriger, d'organiser et de contrôler l'ensemble de ces ressources. Vous agirez à titre de représentant(e) de la direction sur les sites de productions internes et/ou externes. Le besoin est pour des quarts de travail de semaine et fin de semaine, possiblement à des heures atypiques. Ce poste nécessite une présence sur site à temps plein. Profil recherché : Diplôme d'études collégiales en audiovisuel, en communication ou dans un domaine de compétences appropriées. Toutes autres combinaisons d'étude et d'expérience sera également considérée; Posséder cinq (5) années d'expérience en production; Posséder trois (3) ans d'expérience en gestion de personnel ou d'équipe; Compréhension de la production scénique; Des connaissances élaborées des opérations et des outils techniques requis pour la production d'émissions de sports, de culture et de variétés; Compétences en gestion de projets; Maîtrise des normes de santé et sécurité; Des habiletés en service à la clientèle; Un bon esprit d'équipe; Une bonne connaissance du français parlé et écrit; Habiletés en dessin technique, un atout; La maîtrise de l'anglais est un atout.
