The service offers acute and step-down care for patients transitioning from hospital, with average stays around 18 months. The service is expanding, with plans to increase patient numbers and build two new wards. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join the team as the sole OT, supported by an activity coordinator (OT assistant). You will play a vital role in supporting patients' independence, social engagement, and functional recovery, including meal planning, reviewing OT plans, and facilitating community activities. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, contribute ideas, and develop confidence as the service grows.
