Eligibility for paid holidays and additional benefits is based on meeting working hours requirements post hire.Position Summary:Here's What You'll Do:Assist in receiving, unloading, and stacking merchandise in the back room.Properly fill, rotate and merchandise shelves, cases and displays on sales floor.Notify the manager if products and supplies need to be ordered.Have familiarity with all products carried in the departments and know the product locations in the store.Handle spoiled/damaged products per established guidelines.Maintain clean, attractive and well stocked departments.Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines.Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations.Follow Guest Experience Guidelines.May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Here's What You'll Need:High School Diploma (GED) preferredRetail or related experience preferred.Ability to read, write, comprehend, and interpret documentsBasic mathematical skillsDetail orientedPhysical Requirements:As part of our People First culture, SpartanNash is proud to offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package .We are not able to sponsor work visas for this position.Health insurance401(k)Paid time offEquity / stock optionsParental leave
