About the role

This Wealth Management Associate role offers a structured pathway into financial advisory, with direct mentorship from an experienced industry practitioner. You will be trained to build and manage your own client portfolio while developing the skills required to serve both mass-market and high-net-worth clients. The position is suited for individuals who want to accelerate their career progression in financial services and work towards recognised industry benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients
• Provide financial advice across areas such as protection, investment, and wealth planning
• Build new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide regular reviews
• Apply structured sales and advisory frameworks provided through training and mentorship

Requirements

• A diploma or degree qualification
• Strong ambition and a willingness to build a long-term career in financial advisory
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Training & Development
• Structured training programme designed to accelerate progression towards industry recognition (e.g. MDRT)
• Ongoing mentorship until you are able to independently manage your own portfolio
• Exposure to both retail and high-net-worth client segments

• Commission-based income structure (up to 80%) with additional allowances and bonuses
