About the role

You will serve as a SAFETY & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT, INFRASTRUCTURE DIVISION, SAFETY BRANCH of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing technical authority and Program Management for comprehensive Safety and Occupational Health (SOH) programs in high-risk industrial, manufacturing, and maritime environments. Qualifications must demonstrate expert-level application of OSHA, Navy, NRC, ANSI, and NFPA standards to evaluate hazardous work processes, conduct severe mishap investigations, and implement complex engineering and administrative hazard controls across geographically dispersed operations.
