About the role

ROLE PURPOSE Produce high-quality seed. Coordinate the activities of plant workers. Ensure the efficiency and continuity of production. Coordinate plant activities during the "low" season: de-bagging, re-bagging, maintenance, and investment tasks. ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and continuously improve the HSE culture; act as a role model. Coordinate and supervise the activities of plant workers. Protect plant assets (prevent theft, avoidable damage). Properly manage the Quality Assurance System (ISO and internal company standards). Organize operations in alignment with plant KPIs, continuously monitor and measure performance. Follow up on nonconformities (NCs), perform root cause analysis (RCA), create action plans and track their implementation. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Critical Knowledge Intermediate level of English. Native Turkish language. Confident use of MS Office applications. SAP knowledge.
