Responsibilities

  • Serve as a people manager for Scrum Masters-supporting their performance, development, and alignment with Agile best practices and Frost Values, including leadership competencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years in Agile roles such as Scrum Master, RTE, Agile Coach, or Product Owner
  • Experience as an Agile Coach, demonstrating versatility across frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS, with a track record of enabling Agile adoption in complex environments
  • Proven leadership in coaching and developing individuals and teams
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills that influence at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and the agility to navigate evolving, fast-paced environments while driving continuous improvement and Agile maturity
  • Additional Preferred Skills :
  • Relevant Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, Enterprise Agile Coach EAC), experience with organizational change management
