About the role

Work with a growing recruitment team focused on healthcare and social sectors. Support administrative, research, and candidate engagement tasks to enable the team to scale. Potential for the role to expand to full-time quickly after an initial period. Technical Requirements: - USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature - Working Webcam - Main and backup computer: at least 1.8 GHz processor with at least 4GB RAM - Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps wired connection - Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Responsibilities

• Candidate Screening & ShortlistingReview CVs and shortlist candidates for active job openings, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Candidate Outreach & Pipeline Management
• Conduct outbound candidate outreach, primarily via LinkedIn.
• Manage candidate pipelines, including sending materials and re-engaging prospects.
• Administrative & System Management
• Update and maintain ATS/CRM systems (primarily Zoho).
• Handle emails, texts, and support general administrative and research tasks.
• Required Tools & Skills
• ATS/CRM: Zoho
• Outreach & Sourcing: LinkedIn, job boards (access may be provided)
• Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow automation
• Strong English communication skill.
