Main Tasks & Responsibilities: A Project Management Officer (PMO) Trainee in a Singapore-based aerospace company supports the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within a highly regulated and safety-critical environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the trainee ensures activities align with aeroexcellence standards, focusing on quality, compliance, and precision The trainee assists in project documentation, progress tracking, and reporting, while supporting risk and issue management. Trainee will be exposed to Organization and Quality management system, regulatory requirements, audit processes, and quality systems, and gain hands-on experience with project management tools in Production and Maintenance processes. Through structured training and on-the-job experience, the trainee develops strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, preparing them to contribute effectively to aerospace projects with a focus on data accuracy and cohesion.
