  • SALARY
  • The salary range for this role is $190, 000 - 220, 000
  • ABOUT YOU
  • You're a proven engineering leader who balances hands-on technical depth with strong leadership capability. You operate effectively in Agile environments, collaborate across Product and Infrastructure, and contribute confidently to strategic customer conversations.
  • You bring a strong customer and commercial mindset, with the ability to deliver outcomes that align technical excellence with real business value. Experience supporting transformation or migration initiatives will be highly valuable as we continue our transition to AWS.
  • You will also bring:
  • Proven experience leading engineering teams
  • Background in SaaS / product-led environments
  • 5+ years with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks
  • Strong AWS / cloud expertise
  • Solid MySQL and SQL optimisation skills
  • Experience with APIs and modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to contribute effectively to strategic customer discussions
