Responsibilities

Requirements
- Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, household manager, nanny, or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
- Comfortable with technology and basic troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with dogs and experienced in pet care
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Personal Assistant / Household Manager (Full-Time) Switchboard is hiring on behalf of our client, a private couple in Baltimore's Inner Harbor, for a reliable, organized Personal Assistant / Household Manager. In this role, you will keep their household running smoothly through daily cooking, organization, errands, and personal support. Our client is seeking someone with full time availability to assist with both household and personal needs, including planning and preparing meals. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail oriented, tech savvy, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a calm, professional way. We are looking for a warm, proactive person who enjoys helping others and naturally anticipates needs. Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, full-time Location: Near Baltimore's Inner Harbor in a secure, luxury waterfront residence Pay: $60,000+ depending on experience and qualifications (1099 independent contractor)
