Audit Senior 1 (AS1)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting or professional accounting qualifications recognised by MIA or ACCA above.
• At least 2 years working experience in audit firm as an Audit Senior position.
• Proficient in computer skills & Ms Office.
• Ability to handle multiple engagements and work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is vital in this role to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts.

Additional Information

Job Responsibilities: Assist with client acceptance, risk assessment, and analytical procedures. Execute assigned audit plan, audit procedures, carry out proper sampling procedures, prepare AWPs and support engagement completion. Perform research and resolve technical difficulties and communicate with clients and engagement teams on audit issues. Ensure timely submission of work and follow up on review points. Track project progress, identify service gaps, and suggest improvements. Engage in continuous professional development through training and self-study. Establish good working relationships with clients and engagement team members. Lead, manage and provide guidance to junior auditors. Handle any other job tasks assigned by audit partner.
