This is not a "keep the lights on" role. As our IT Systems Engineer, you'll take ownership of improving and shaping our systems; reducing recurring issues, strengthening security, and enabling the business to operate more effectively. - Act as the escalation point for complex issues, outages, and critical incidents
- Proactively monitor systems and resolve risks before they impact the business
- Support hardware rollouts, asset management, and infrastructure improvements
- Lead system upgrades, deployments, and change management processes
- Maintain clear documentation and improve system standards
- Mentor IT support staff and step in as a leader when required
