Salary Range $35.98-$45.87 Job Posting End Date - Applications will no longer be accepted starting 06-09-2026 Job Summary Performs professional and technical work in the Families, Parks, and Recreation Department. In addition to overseeing the hiring, training, disciplining, development, and performance appraisals of FPR's contract administration team, this position is responsible for the development and oversight of systems for issuing and managing hundreds of contracts for program services issued by FPR and its 2 non-profit organizations each year. With support from her/his staff, the person in this position manages the following operations: developing of contract language; overseeing contractor reporting to ensure adherence to terms; administering payments to contractors; ensuring that grant-funded contracts comply with grant requirements; and training and technical support for FPR program staff who work with contractors to ensure compliance/adherence to procedures. This person also collaborates with FPR program staff to define contract scope, objectives, and reporting requirements; tracks contractor performance; and analyzes the successful completion of contract requirements. Work is performed under the general supervision of the FPR Business Operations Manager.
