Responsibilities

  • Category, Market & Competitive Insight
  • Support WW category strategy with insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics .

  • Hardware-Supplies & Subscription Alignment
  • Act as a key interface with the Supplies organization to support alignment on strategy, portfolio direction, and priorities .
  • Contribute to integrated system messaging across printers, ink/supplies, and subscriptions.
  • Support integration of subscription (e.g., Instant Ink) considerations into hardware portfolio and GTM discussions.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Pricing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Supplies, Subscription, and Regional teams .
  • Prepare analysis and materials for business reviews, planning cycles, and leadership discussions.
  • Support tracking and reporting of category KPIs (revenue, margin, market share, units).
  • Education & Experience (Recommended):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or Competitive Analysis .
  • Experience working with global teams and multi‑market portfolios preferred.
  • Exposure to supplies and/or subscription‑based business models is a plus.

  • The pay range for this role is $ 105,050 to $161,800 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
