About the role
This position is located at Departmental Offices, Terrorism and Financial Intelligence - Intelligence Analysis. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Representing an agency or large organization at the executive level to support national security missions and objectives; AND Developing written material for senior officials supporting the objectives of the agency; AND Supporting national security initiatives by coordinating action items across executive levels and providing support to senior officials; AND Advising senior management on sensitive, potentially controversial issues impacting high-level decision-making. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Developing written material for senior officials supporting the objectives of the agency; AND Supporting national security initiatives by coordinating action items across executive levels and providing support to senior officials; AND Advising senior management on sensitive issues impacting decision-making. The experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service.. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
