Local: Barueri (Alphaville) - Híbrido The Senior TA Partner is a consultative, full-cycle recruiting expert for volume, professional, technical, niche, or leadership roles within an assigned function or segment. This role drives high-quality hiring through advanced sourcing strategies, AI-enabled tools, talent market intelligence, and proactive pipeline cultivation. The Senior TA Partner provides data‑driven insights to influence hiring decisions, strengthens stakeholder partnership through consultative guidance, and ensures a human‑centered candidate experience. In addition to owning complex or specialized requisitions, the Senior TA Partner collaborates closely with other TA Partners-providing guidance, sharing best practices, and stepping in with sourcing or selection support during peak periods to ensure consistent delivery across the broader TA team. As an Assurant brand ambassador, the Senior TA Partner clearly articulates Assurant's value proposition and leads effective offer strategy and negotiation within established guidelines. Primary Job Responsibilities Strategic full-cycle recruiting delivery in complex operating environments (25%) Lead end-to-end recruiting for assigned roles/segments, tailoring attraction strategy, sourcing, screening, interview management, recommendations, and offer delivery to dynamic demand, high-volume/on-demand hiring cycles, and varied organizational needs. Ensure high-quality slates and timely hiring outcomes through disciplined funnel management and stakeholder alignment. Documented intake, calibration & recruiting plan (20%) Lead talent launch sessions; document the recruiting plan with targets/dates; provide ongoing calibration using funnel data and market realities. Proactive pipelining & sourcing strategy (15%) Build and maintain proactive pipelines for critical skills; partner with sourcing to execute multi-channel strategies and improve slate quality. Selection excellence & hiring leader coaching (15%) Guide structured interview practices, evaluation criteria, and assessment approaches; coach interview teams to improve decision quality and candidate experience. Offer strategy & negotiation (15%) Offer strategy and negotiations within defined segments/bands; manage objections and counteroffers; partner with PBPs/Comp for exceptions as needed. EVP/brand ambassadorship & human-centric experience (10%) Deliver high-touch communication at key moments; tailor Assurant EVP messaging to candidate motivations; ensure respectful, transparent experiences despite technology enablement. Basic Qualifications/Requirements Education & Experience: -Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. -5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including ownership of skilled, strategic and professional roles with demonstrated success in influencing senior-level hiring manager. , Consultative & Stakeholder Leadership: -Advanced consultative skills with the ability to shape hiring strategies, challenge assumptions, and guide leaders through complex screening, interviewing, and selection decisions. -Demonstrated ability to support leaders through workforce planning, talent forecasting, and market insights to inform hiring decisions. Compensation & Offer Expertise: -Proven experience advising leaders on market competitiveness, leveling decisions, and compensation constructs. -Skilled in navigating complex offer scenarios with internal equity, compensation partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders. Candidate Experience & EVP Advocacy: -Strong storyteller capable of elevating Assurant's EVP with a tailored, strategic narrative aligned to senior‑level and high‑impact roles. -Track record of managing a high‑touch, differentiated candidate experience, especially for hard‑to‑fill and competitive talent profiles. Data Discipline & Technology: - Proficient with advanced recruiting technologies (ATS/CRM) and capable of leveraging pipelines, dashboards, and reporting to influence hiring decisions. -Strong compliance mindset with consistent, timely, and accurate documentation, including using data to identify trends and propose improvements.
