Job Description: Apoyar en diversas tareas operativas y de producción, aprendiendo y desarrollando habilidades en un entorno industrial. Esta posición es ideal para personas con deseos de crecimiento y aprendizaje continuo. Responsabilidades * Asistir a personal técnico y operativo en sus funciones diarias. * Realizar tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento básico de equipos y áreas de trabajo. * Preparar materiales y herramientas necesarios para las operaciones. * Seguir los procedimientos de seguridad establecidos por la empresa. * Colaborar en el empaquetado y la movilización de productos. * Aprender sobre los procesos de producción y la maquinaria utilizada. * Ejecutar otras tareas asignadas por el supervisor para apoyar la operación general. Cualificaciones * Educación secundaria completa (preparatoria o bachillerato). * Sin experiencia laboral previa requerida, aunque es una ventaja. * Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y aprender rápidamente. * Disposición para trabajar en equipo y bajo supervisión. * Actitud proactiva y compromiso con la seguridad. * Buena condición física para realizar tareas que requieran esfuerzo. * Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos si es necesario.
