POSITION SUMMARY: The Partner Enablement Solution Architect is responsible for the technical recruitment, on-boarding and enablement of new partners. In addition the role is the primary strategic technical contact for existing partners providing on-going technical enablement events to maintain and develop technical standards within all contracted partner organizations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS: Technical enablement of new partners in accordance with the Technical Enablement Program (TEP) - 40% Partner recruitment support and on-boarding in conjunction with Partner Managers - 20% Strategic technical central point of contact for the highest technical levels within the partner organizations. - 20% Develop and maintain the TEP together with peers in other regions - 10% Administration, education and any other responsibilities as required by the company. - 10% COMPETENCIES & SKILLS : Self-driven and results-oriented with a strong will to succeed. A naturally organized person with determination to deliver excellence Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills and an ability to work collaboratively.
