Come join our crew and grow with us! Your Role: Monk's Brew Club is looking to hire an experienced Bartender. You will assist the Head Bartender at the bar and for Front of House Duties. You will ensure that we provide a comfortable environment and experience for the guests to enjoy their food & beverages. You are to work closely with the management, and as a team achieve targets and goals set. The ideal candidate will have acquired at least 2 years of bartending experience ideally in a Restaurant/ F&B establishment You're motivated and driven in your desire to provide the best quality in drinks and experience to your guests. The Bartender's position (your position) is key to our cafe's evening shift (4pm-10pm) and is responsible for providing excellent customer service, takes orders, and maintain the quality food & beverages. Excellent multi-tasker and able to perform many different tasks within the cafe Keeping equipment and services fully operational by following operating instructions Handle POS, cashless payment and delivery platform's devices Balance and close sales and cash taking at the end of the day Maintain inventory within the system accurately (Alcoholic Drinks, Mixers etc.) Good cocktails knowledge - able to recommend and differentiate food and beverages Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Keeps the store neat and clean throughout service Closing of the cafe in the evening Keeping equipment and services fully operational by following operating instructions Knowledge of coffee and coffee making is a plus
