Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll and Time & Absence modules .

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5 + years of experience in Workday functional consulting focused on HR/HCM modules.
- Proven track record of leading complex Workday implementations or major projects.
- Deep expertise in Workday Payroll, Time & Absence and related HR processes.
- Strong understanding of HR business operations, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
- Proficient in testing methodologies and managing testing phases.
- Workday certification(s) in relevant HR modules strongly preferred.
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in diverse industry sectors.
- Knowledge of Workday security roles and data privacy principles.
- Experience with change management and end-user training initiatives.
