Cloud Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own several platform areas end to end and shape their technical direction
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, covering builds, tests, security scanning, deployment, build agents, and Packer-based VM images
• Operate GitOps delivery with ArgoCD across all environments, keeping it healthy, secure, and reliable
• Define how we write infrastructure-as-code in Terraform and Terragrunt, including the custom modules we distribute through Artifactory
• Run JFrog Artifactory and XRay, including artifact lifecycle, dependency proxying, geo-replication and federation, backups, and upgrades
• Manage Azure Container Registry, including geo-replication and artifact sync across regions
• Maintain policy and security gates using Kyverno, SonarQube, and XRay
• Build Grafana dashboards and alerting that give engineering teams early, clear signal on platform health
• Develop the automation, tooling, and internal libraries that support the platform, primarily in Python and TypeScript
• Design Azure solutions that meet our compliance and data-isolation requirements
• Coordinate cross-team work with product engineering, DevSecOps, and ML, and keep documentation and runbooks current

Requirements

• 5+ years as a Platform Engineer or DevOps Engineer
• Strong Terraform experience; Terragrunt is a plus
• Working experience with Azure cloud; AWS is a plus
• Hands-on Azure DevOps experience, including custom extensions and agents
• Experience with ArgoCD or a comparable GitOps tool for continuous delivery
• Experience operating Artifactory for artifact management and dependency proxying
• Experience integrating SonarQube or a similar SAST (static application security testing) tool into CI/CD
• Comfortable building dashboards and alerting in Grafana
• Strong software engineering in Python and TypeScript, beyond simple scripting
• Policy-as-code with Kyverno
• Azure Container Registry geo-replication at scale
• Exposure to ML infrastructure such as model serving, GPU workloads, or MLOps
• Open-source contributions to infrastructure or platform tooling

Position Overview: We're hiring a Platform Engineer to help build and operate the platform behind Intapp's products. You'll take ownership of several core areas of our cloud foundation, including GitOps delivery, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (IaC), artifact governance, and observability.
