We are seeking a Manager, Health Plan Technical Delivery to lead a team responsible for delivering healthcare data integrations across trading partners, vendors, and direct submitters. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends people management, technical expertise, and delivery ownership. This individual will oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle-from requirements and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-production support-while serving as a key escalation point for complex delivery and client issues. The role requires strong technical acumen in healthcare data (X12/HIPAA), the ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and the leadership presence to guide teams through high-pressure situations while maintaining confidence with stakeholders.
