FP&A Analyst (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Support monthly reporting and create meaningful KPI analyses for management and business teams
• Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide financial insights and support decision-making
• Contribute to forecasting , budgeting and business planning activities
• Prepare presentations and ad-hoc analyses that help steer the business
• Improve reporting processes, data quality and financial systems together with the FP&A team

Requirements

• Experience in FP&A , Controlling , or a similar Finance role
• Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with financial and business data
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with PowerQuery , PowerPivot or similar
• Planning tools like OneStream would be a plus
• Structured, hands-on and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
• Fluent in English ; German is a plus
