Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will combine technical skills, customer service, and independent problem-solving‑ to support our full suite of mailing and shipping technologies-from Inserters to Smart Lockers. You will:

  • Use hand tools and small power tools to perform repairs, maintenance, and installations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.

  • Are comfortable with significant driving time and working independently in the field.

In addition, this role includes a 10% incentive on any service or parts sales you present to clients-giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through your expertise and client rapport. You can become eligible for a company car after 6 months of employment (based on availability). This is a remote, field-based‑ role with your primary service area located within 2 hours of Cincinnati, Ohio. Your clients in your territory are mainly focused in the following areas: Downtown, Bridgetown, White Oak, Finneytown, Reading, Forest Park, Union, Deerfield, Four Bridges in Ohio. Occasional travel outside this radius may be required. No relocation assistance offered. You will be supporting clients who rely on Pitney Bowes technology to keep their operations running efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and hands-on‑ technical work while interacting directly with customers.
