Responsibilities

  • Assist in handling supermarket accounts and daily customer requirements.
  • Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, product availability, and pricing updates.

  • Maintain good relationships with customers, store teams, and internal departments.
  • Identify opportunities to introduce new products or improve sales performance.
  • Ensure customer requirements, company procedures, and food safety standards are followed.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, customer service, account servicing, FMCG, retail, food distribution, or fresh produce is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.
  • Basic understanding of fruits, vegetables, supermarket operations, or perishable goods is an advantage.
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to visit outlets regularly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and basic office software.
  • Willing to travel for customer and outlet visits.

Reporting To: Key Accounts Manager Role Overview 1. Support the Key Accounts Manager in managing supermarket and retail chain customers. 2. Assist with daily sales operations, order follow-up, customer coordination, and outlet visits. 3. Ensure products are delivered on time, displayed well, and meet customer quality standards. 4. Help grow sales through good service, strong follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.
