Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage group financial close and reporting , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Lead and coordinate the group budgeting and forecasting cycle
• Perform financial and data analysis across 70+ companies globally, providing actionable insights
• Support statutory reporting, financial planning, and tax reporting for the EMEA region
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to drive financial performance
• Key Criteria
• Technical Skills
• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities with high attention to detail
• Proven experience in preparing or auditing a full set of financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP or BI systems such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms
• Interpersonal Skills
• Dedicated, honest, and reliable with a strong sense of accountability
• Able to remain responsive, composed, and tactful under pressure
• Strong communication skills with good verbal and written English
• Requirements (Must Have)
• Professional qualification: ACCA (or equivalent)
• 2-4 years of experience in Accounting
• Preferred Profile
• Candidates with exposure to regional or multinational environments
• Experience working with multiple entities or consolidated reporting structures
