Vice President, Global Opportunities - Healthcare

Responsibilities

• The Vice President will participate in all investment functions and portfolio management activities including the following:
• Preparing detailed financial modeling;
• Performing quantitative and qualitative investment analysis;
• Developing and enhancing business and industry due diligence across healthcare, including idea generation, sourcing and industry relationship development;
• Participating in deal structuring, legal documentation and negotiations; and
• Monitoring the performance of existing portfolio investments.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree with an excellent track record of academic achievement
• 4+ years of investment experience with a top-tier investment firm (ie opportunistic alternative asset manager, private credit, private equity, credit-oriented hedge fund) or investment bank.
• Exceptional skills in analyzing and presenting investment opportunities, including: business and industry analysis, company valuation, credit analysis, negotiations and structuring.
• Strong quantitative capabilities in data analysis, financial modeling and presentation of analysis.

• Bachelor's degree from a top tier undergrad and / or MBA degree from a top tier business school
• Base Salary Range
• $275,000 - $300,000
