- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- A sound understanding of HR best practices and relevant employment legislation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent HR qualification is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description: Job Summary CROWN Packaging Manufacturing UK Limited is seeking a proactive HR Administrator for a maternity cover position. This role provides essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. The position is based at our Botcherby Plant in Carlisle and is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The Botcherby Plant is a major supplier of aluminium beverage cans, producing approximately 1.4 billion cans and over 6 billion ring-pull ends annually. The site operates 24/7 and plays a key role within our global operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and knowledgeable individual to join a multinational organisation.
