Responsibilities
- Voice of Customer & Opportunity Identification Conduct recurring Voice of Customer (VOC) engagements with development teams to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities where GenAI can deliver measurable value.

- Metrics & Continuous Improvement Establish clear KPIs to measure GenAI impact, including adoption, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to refine solutions and guide future investments.
- Technology Scouting & Knowledge Sharing Stay current with GenAI industry trends, best practices, and evaluation techniques.
- Proactively share insights, learnings, and recommendations with the broader development organization.
- Governance & Compliance Ensure all GenAI solutions comply with Rockwell Automation AI policies, data governance standards, and security requirements.
- The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening
- Ability to travel, including internationally, up to 10% of time.
- The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically requires 8+ years relevant experience in software development, including Python or other modern languages
- Experience with Large Language Models
- Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot and Anthropic Claude.
- Familiarity in creating AI agents
