Scrum Master

About the role

At inventYOU, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Stockholm and support agile teams in delivering high-quality digital solutions. In this role, you will work closely with developers, tech leads, QA engineers, testers, product teams, and senior stakeholders to strengthen agile ways of working and support successful delivery. You will play an important role in facilitating agile ceremonies, improving team collaboration, supporting planning activities, and helping the team work in a structured, transparent, and continuously improving way. This role suits someone who is proactive, structured, communicative, and confident in facilitating collaboration across technical and business teams. Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives Support the team in applying Scrum and agile principles in daily work Help improve estimation, delivery planning, and testing plans Coach and support team members in agile ways of working Drive continuous improvement in team culture, collaboration, and performance Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments that affect delivery Collaborate with product development teams and senior stakeholders Support incident handling and post-incident improvement activities Promote transparency, ownership, and accountability within the team 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT or digital development environments Experience supporting agile teams in complex product development or large-scale initiatives Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile principles, and team facilitation Proven ability to build a healthy team culture and improve team performance Experience with Jira, Confluence, or other Atlassian tools Strong communication skills in English and Swedish Ability to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working Comfortable handling uncertainty, ambiguity, and conflicting priorities Work on exciting and impactful client assignments Be part of a collaborative, professional, and growing consulting team Hybrid work model in Stockholm Opportunity to work with agile teams, product development and digital transformation Continuous opportunities for professional growth and development
