Operating in more than 50 countries and across over 100 diverse locations, the team play a central role in transforming the workplace experience and the services that support it. The Workplace Services team are responsible for handling the services that enable the day-to-day operation of bp's workplaces. Organised into regional teams under global leadership, they work closely with our Vested service partners to deliver consistent, high-quality services. This role reports to the Workplace Services Manager, South East Asia, and will primarily support Malaysia while contributing to broader regional activities! The role holder will: Support the delivery of Workplace Services operations across Malaysia Apply a solid understanding of workplace services, including integrated facilities management, building operations, workspace management, risk and safety, budgeting, communications, and sustainability Support the development and continuous improvement of facilities management service scope to enhance service delivery Handle the delivery of projects (e.g. restacks, relocations, modifications and reinstatements), including coordinating specifications, processes and procedures, and ensuring alignment with agreed strategies and policies Partner with leadership, employees, designers, contractors and building management to support project delivery Collaborate across teams and levels to deliver solutions that meet both business and workplace needs Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, external partners and suppliers, with clear and professional communication Support governance of the Vested Workplace partner, including coordination with bp teams and participation in operational meetings as required Coordinate and oversee partner teams to deliver against agreed objectives within defined parameters Analyse data and operational insights to identify trends and support improvement Apply standard process guidance to suppoive and consislace service delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and systems to support operational management activities Ensure risks and performance issues are appropriately recorded, tracked and supported by accurate information Key Accountabilities Ensure effective day-to-day delivery of Workplace Services across Malaysia, maintaining high operational standards Support the management and performance of the Workplace Vested partner, ensuring services are delivered in line with agreed expectations Ensure compliance with bp governance requirements, with accurate and up-to-date documentation in place Support budget planning and tracking activities, including preparation of standard reports as required Ensure local legislation, standards and HSSE requirements are reflected within workplace operations and systems, with accurate and consistent data capture Collaborate with Technology, HR, Workplace and Change teams to ensure workplace services continue to meet colleague needs Support the implementation of local and global workplace initiatives, ensuring effective execution within the market Promote and support the application of Vested methodology in day-to-day service delivery Essential Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience or equivalent education in real estate or property management, business administration, engineering, architecture or other related fields. Essential Experience and Job Requirements: Previous experience of high-level operational support, within a corporate real estate setting, with a diverse range of operations Demonstrable experience in achieving results in diverse cultures and drives an inquisitive yet supportive attitude whilst promoting innovation and continuous improvement Previous experience of working within a global outsourced setting Entrepreneurial thinking, demonstrating extensive understanding of business inter-connectivity and the ability to act upon this understanding Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, building sustainable networks of using high Emotional Intelligence Respectful of diverse cultures and perspectives and promoting innovation and continuous improvement Desirable criteria Good knowledge of executing process efficiency, data quality, systems performance and development, project & programme management and change control, in particular with respect to implementing workplace services outsourcing initiatives Confident individual who takes ownership and leads by example Good communication skills both verbal and written, collaborative and flexi
