About the role
We're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Office Administrator to join our team at the Melton Distribution Centre. You'll play a key part in ensuring our stores receive accurate, timely deliveries and that our logistics operation runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Order coordination - Manage the shops' ordering process, dispatch orders and maintain the order queue.
- Despatch administration - Issue loading tickets, create dispatch notes and allocate trucks/trailers.

- Store communication - Update stores on delivery schedules and resolve any queries.
- Operational support - Assist loading and picking teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Experience in administration or logistics is helpful but not essential.
- Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving licence required due to travel between sites.
