About the role

We're looking for a reliable and organised Warehouse Office Administrator to join our team at the Melton Distribution Centre. You'll play a key part in ensuring our stores receive accurate, timely deliveries and that our logistics operation runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Order coordination - Manage the shops' ordering process, dispatch orders and maintain the order queue.
  • Despatch administration - Issue loading tickets, create dispatch notes and allocate trucks/trailers.
  • Logistics problem-solving - Reroute deliveries, support with vehicle issues and keep operations moving.
  • Store communication - Update stores on delivery schedules and resolve any queries.
  • Operational support - Assist loading and picking teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Strong IT skills including Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Experience in administration or logistics is helpful but not essential.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving licence required due to travel between sites.

Warehouse Office Administrator Location: Melton (near Hull) HU14 3HJ Salary: £25,683.39 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week Shift Pattern: 2pm-10pm , one weekend on / one weekend off Benefits: 30 days annual leave, pension, 24/7 employee assistance programme, online GP access for you and your family, 10% staff discount at Heron Foods & B&M
