Executive Search Consultant - Talent & Business Growth Specialist #HDC

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring solutions.
• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various recruitment channels and networking activities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent mapping, screening, interviewing, offer facilitation, and placement management.

• Develop talent pipelines and candidate networks for current and future opportunities.
• Deliver professional consultation and guidance throughout the hiring process.
