An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Programme Office Analyst to join our Digital Transformation team for up to 24 months. This role will be responsible for providing effective management and support for the delivery of the Programme, in line with RNLI Portfolio standards and ways of working. Some of the benefits - Salary £35,853 to £42,181 (dependent on experience) - Flexible working - 26 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays - Outstanding pension scheme - Life assurance - Health and dental cashplan The Programme Office Analyst will be responsible for the planning, analysis, reporting, assurance and governance activities that maintain the progress of the Programme, to support delivery to time, cost and quality. Duties of the role will include: - Support production and maintenance of the Programme plan, highlighting key dependencies and tracking milestones. - Produce and maintain a resource plan to ensure resources are in place and secured to deliver the Programme, including managing the recruitment of new roles. - Support the development of and maintain the Programme level RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions) and perform quality checks on project RAID logs to support the Project Managers. - Support the development of and maintain the Programme 'Lessons Learned' register. - Support with managing the overall programme budget, by tracking actual spend vs estimated spend, in line with existing financial processes. About you Our ideal candidate for the role of Programme Office Analyst will be someone who is highly organised, has a strong attention to detail, works effectively on their own initiative and can engage well with others and influence them effectively to deliver what is required. You should also have: - An established track record in project/programme roles. - Strong knowledge of portfolio, programme and project governance processes. - Experience of having developed new governance processes and the supporting toolset. - Experience of the full project lifecycle. - Strong capability in the use of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel. - Project Management Certification.
