We are open 7 days a week and we need an experienced Cook with flexible availability, calm under pressure, willing to learn, and a passion for food!! Job Description Availability required for morning and night shifts Weekdays and Weekends Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment will be highly regarded This role will require you to love preparing food with excellence in a fun, fast-paced environment Regular check-ins with the Line Team to ensure they have adequate fresh product to serve our customers - never being short of product Maintain and orderly BOH including all Storage and Preparation Areas Maintain the Washup and cooking utensil space as you go Some equipment maintenance and cleaning required Work to the GyG recipe guide and pride in the food we make for our guests to enjoy!
