About the role

Für unser wachsendes Team in Frankfurt am Main (Marienturm) suchen wir wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) und Stationsreferendare (m/w/d) für die Praxisgruppe Corporate/M&A . Unser standortübergreifendes Corporate-Team berät deutsche und ausländische Finanzinvestoren sowie Unternehmen aus verschiedenen Branchen wie Automotive, Energie, Financial Services, Industrie, Infrastruktur & Transport, Konsumgüter, Pharma und Telekommunikation. Wir begleiten deutsche und internationale M&A und Private Equity-Transaktionen, Joint Ventures, Restrukturierungen und Übernahmen. Darüber hinaus beraten wir unsere Mandanten bei gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und in den Bereichen Corporate Governance und Compliance.
