Job Description - R&D Technician We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented R&D Technician to support process development and material testing activities. This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment while contributing directly to new technology development, product improvement, and process innovation initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare samples, perform experiments, and conduct material testing in accordance with established standards and procedures Support product development, quality, and equipment teams with technical tasks and experimental setups Accurately record test results, observations, and process data, and prepare technical reports as required Assist engineers during trials, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement activities Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized laboratory environment in compliance with company safety policies Manage inventory and ensure availability of R&D materials required for daily operations Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly to ensure smooth workflow and project execution REQUIRED: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or any related technical fields. PREFERRED: 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, R&D, production, laboratory work, or process operations (fresh graduates may be considered depending on role). Basic understanding of laboratory testing, process equipment, or production machinery. Ability to follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety procedures. Strong hands-on technical skills and aptitude
